The original inspection was completed for the original cost. The additional work, a check valve was performed on the same day the tech explained that this would prevent the back- up into the slop sink. However as the tech explained this is only a temp fix. We discussed different alternatives and his Boss , mr Fusco was suppose to call me with prices. He never called.
The tech who came was very polite and seemed knowledgable

The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. He had very helpful videos which further explained the issue I was experiencing and how their services would fix the problem.
